Shipping policy

All pieces are shipped through USPS .  

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to process your order. Orders received after 5 PM ET will be processed on the next business day'

Once order is processed , orders shipped within the U.S typically arrive within 7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 14 business days.

DELAYS : If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days . If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via Email.

SHIPPING CHARGES : Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

TRACKING # : You will receive a shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

LIABILITY : THASTARRCO is not liable for any products damaged or lost  during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim purposes THANK YOU .
